[for all entities in region] not looking at them entities

when a player clicks, this loop is supposed to check for any entities in front of their held item (to interact with, either attack unit or eat item), but it only sees the held item itself (‘see entity’ once)

edit: it seems the loop is acting as if the item is still where it first spawned, not its actual position? the script acts as if the held item is still where it was when it was first created

the item is Sprite Only
